RETURN POLICY
We want you to love shopping at FirstorLastApparel.com If products purchased from FirstorLastApparel.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Items marked “final sale” are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. You can only initiate a return by contacting us at firstorlastcustomerservice@gmail.com All orders placed on FirstorLastApparel.com must be returned by mail to our warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to a store location. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 30 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please contact us
